Randstad is partnering with a federal government agency to recruit for an APS5 Marketing Officer position based in Geelong. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to behaviour change and awareness campaigns that make a real impact in the community.

🔹 About the Role

You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, supporting creative development, content planning, project management, and evaluation. This position is perfect for a marketing professional with a passion for social good, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns from planning to execution and evaluation.

• Assist with content creation and implementation in line with accessibility standards.

• Manage marketing logistics, including supplier sourcing, contract admin, and budgets.

• Conduct research and draw insights to guide marketing strategy.

• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Analyse campaign data and contribute to strategic reporting.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Qualifications in marketing or a similar field.

• Proven track record in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience in contract management and marketing administration.

• Ability to research, analyse, and report on campaign performance.

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

• A passion for contributing to meaningful, socially impactful work.
